Fuck all the shit going on here. I want a rock thread. I found this agate in a local river, going home to polish it up.
Post cool rocks, metals, stuff like that. Just no gay shit.

OP said no gay shit.
YOU WANT SOME MOTHERFUCKING BISMUTH??
I need more agates in my life.
Easy, Yea Forumsro.
Put down the bismuth.
We just want a friendly thread here.
Unfortunately I recently found out Bismuth isn't naturally occurring. I was really hoping to find a cave with walls of Bismuth.
Use this free time to to talk about what's on your mind, within reason that is. I'll be here and listening.
Nice one. Any Canadafags should know that Nova Scotia is an absolute goldmine for agates and other quality stuff.
It's San Fran, there's shit everywhere
I didn't go to work today, but more notable is that I didn't workout today, just played dota for 10 hours.
what the fuck am i doing
I worked at a rock shop for like 13 years. Dont really have any pics on my phone though. Here is a piece of Illinois flourite with some cool calcium impurities.
bamp for interest
Another pic of stuff in the store, azurite with quartz, Michigan copper, campo de cello meteorite, that damn edgy bismuth.
>8ch /b2/
if you can cope with it you coward.
Dwayne is pretty cool
a fucking pebble
Didn't know that I'll have to do research and make a trip up there.
Saved, thanks for the rocks. What's the rarest rock you've come across? Jealous btw.
When I was camping on Lake Superior I met the guy who "discovered" that UV lights cause rocks with sodalite or syenite (not exactly sure not a geologist) to glow. He was trying various methods for finding agates.
>rock thread
they're minerals, Marie
Rarest is hard to say. We have a amethyst geode where the calcite skunk and the amethyst grew pyramids in unison. Rare cause their growth times are not the same at all let alone the structure being able to stay together for a 3 inch crystal, hidinite is decently rare, "juicy" written in a fatt tourmaline crystal, pure silver crystals once, a degraded malachite and some other stone we have like 15 2-4 inch pieces of 50 flats ever found. Cant remember what it is. I'm a fan of the metal look of Spanish pyrite and individual elements and oxides.
Some marbles have a tinge of green on them and glow that bright ass orange in uv. I couldn't say what it is though for sure maybe a fluoride compound crystal???
post polished
Anyone know what the fuck this is?
poast juicy tourmaline
cinnabar?
Part of a geode, with quartz crystals growing inside?
Thanks for the contribution fellas. I'll be here all night.
Keep tumbling.
