Every schizophrenic I've known was entirely different. One realized he weirded people out, so he played it up and leaned into the crazy. Another one thought she was being haunted and possessed by the My Little Pony characters. Another one believed he was being constantly attacked by at least two different entities, possibly demons... Being on this site would likely be bad for a schizophrenic person ...
