I used to smoke a lot, several packs each day, the thought of quitting seemed simply impossible.
One day I saw some shit about breathing deeply every time I wanted a cigarette, tried just for lolz.
Been clean 3 months now, no cigarettes no weed, just the occasional beer when I go out with friends.
But I should say that I do drink lots of coffee before and after I quit smoking

Coffee is going to aggravate your cravings just like alcohol. If you can't quit cold turkey, do things that keep your finger/mouth occupied. Lollipops, toothpicks, gum, etc.

for me it was energy drinks. Stopped that while replacing it with coffee and yerba mate. Nowadays I drink some gfuel instead of energy drinks but Im not quite sure if its actually that more healthy. Any knowlege about gfuel?
