How do i fight the court system for being racist as fuck against me? I got 2 DUIs. Fucking TWO. TTWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! And fucking basically facing prison, long long long long a fuck probation sentence trapped in my small town losing my whole life. And one fucking dui was over one hit of weed. Thats not a fucking dui thats some racist ass shit
I found this dude in fucking Texas who had 5 DUIs. All he got was probation even on his FUCKING 5th one. And all of his DUIs were for driving drunk with NO FUCKING LICENSE
Look at that shit. If i drove one time without a license i would literally go to prison for fucking god knows how long and a white person can do it 18 times and nothing happens.

Fill out the paperwork to leave the county. I promise you that they don't actually give a shit about you and this is just you pushing a narrative for yourself that doesn't require taking any responsibility.
Regardless, find someone willing to support your move out of the area. Line up a job in that particular area. When you submit the paperwork make sure to mention your limited prospects here, the damage to your mental health remaining in the area, and then provide the information on what you will do elsewhere so it doesn't look like you're a bum just hoping to skirt the system.
Also, and this is because I have actually been to prison and finished probation myself, I think you're a full-of-shit troll. I just looked up Texas laws. DWI first offense is a class B misdemeanor, that's up to 2 years probation. Doing it again makes it a class A, which only can add up to an additional 2. So MAX, you've got 4 years of probation which is nothing.
