Replace everything you eat with water, chicken and whole grain rice. Then workout till you feel like you're going to puke from exhaustion every day.
OK just puke and shit your brains out until you lose the weight, you'll gain it back once you re hydrate but you could be cleared of like 20 lbs in a few days if you're seriously obese.

Oh yeah, the main goal is to lower your unhleathy fat intake while raising your protien intake. A drastic switch will most likely cause you some stomach problems such as gas and bloating and constipation for a bit but it will pass. If you want to keep the weight off I would say less drastic measure would be better. Also work on your posture, you can be fat and still look good if you're not slouching and shit, how you carry yourself matters a lot for aprerance, look at how insta girls take photos vs how a person normally sits/stands.

Don't forget one or two rest days a week and get more sleep than you are right now. If you're gona switch from sedentary to active you run the risk of injuring yourself from over strain. Take things slow and make new better habits. If you're serious this will take about 6 months to notice real changes. Shortcuts will just cause you to bounce back to where you are now. Plenty of resources out there to get started and everyone will tell you different things work just try em all until you find somthing you like. You're enjoyment of it will be the biggest factor in you sticking to it.

Best way I did was eat one meal a day but now I have another way.
Step 1. Get a good sleep schedule going. Try waking up at 8am or 9am
Step 2. Drink a water with carbonation. No flavor
Step 3? If you have the time to work out, work out for at least an hour.
Step 4 beat the meat
Step 5 have a good health dinner. You want some type of meat and red wine
Step 6 exercise 1 hour
Step 7 make sure you don’t eat after certain times. Mine is normal 6pm -8pm

Fuck fancy diets. It's all bullshit. Just don't eat garbage, don't eat all day, and avoid sugar as if it's poisonous because it may as well be. Intense cardio is the fastest way to lose weight, and cycling is the easiest way to do a shit load of cardio. You have to be in pretty good shape to run all day, but anybody can ride a bike all day. You might not be fast, but you can do it. Drink water until your piss is clear, and get eight hours of sleep a night. Having a large calorie deficit every day for an extended period is not good for you, so hence the occasional rest day.
Starve yourself. It's working pretty well for me.
