Yeah, I used to volunteer because I wanted to hang out with some horses, and eventually, I got hired as a manager where now I get money to hang with them, well, kinda. Manager position barely actually is with the horses, it's more business stuff and I only really hang with Nattie or Clyde on my breaks or if I literally have nothing to do.
We did breed Nattie and Clyde a few months ago, and Nattie is def prego now. She's about 4 months pregnant and we def can tell because her udders are starting to get big. Clyde is still chill as always.

Interesting, I guess I can add to that. Since most people are welfarists I'll go from the harm based perspective. In what kind of society would the amount of animals harmed be highest? One that is positive, neutral or negative. Because intuitively my guess is that you will find more cruelty in societies the more accepted it is, because of experimentation from people who consider human interests more valuable than animal interests.

Yeah that is one thing I'm iffy about. On one hand, I'm obviously into zoo and all that, but on the other, I'm not sure it should be legal.
I think it would be perfect kinda how my state has it. Have it be a gray area. Have it not be illegal, but also not specifically stated that it's legal either. Because you are right, people do "experiment" with it and some times it goes to far. For me, giving a dog anal is too far as you have no clue if they enjoy it, or if it is hurting them. It's also one of those things that doesn't NEED to be legal, as you don't publicly do anything with them any different than a normal pet owner. You're not gonna be fucking them, or getting fucked by them in public, so idk. It's one of those things that no one can stop you from doing it, the only way you can get caught is if you out yourself, or you hop fences.
