looks like a fungal infection. my gf got one on her feet when she went to china and got it from one of the hotels but she treated it a lot quicker than you so im not sure if that's what it is or not but definetely go to the doctor/dermatologist and try to not spread it around or come into contact w/ other ppl

If it's Pinworm, stop touching it. Get to doctor. Pinworm isn't as the name suggests, a worm. It's a fungal infection on the skin, but in some cases(like you breaking the skin by rubbing it like an idiot) it can get into the blood and becomes a major problem.

Prior to you poking it around, it's easily-treatable with an over-the-counter anti-fungal cream, clearing up in a month.

If it's not Pinworm, still stop touching it; it has obviously spread to your hand for that very reason, whatever it is.

Definitely psoriasis. Pretty sure it isn't contagious but if you keep picking at that shit you'll get some gnarly scars if it ever goes away.

Fungal infection. Go to a doc, you will get pills and some cream but it will take time, some months maybe.
Also let him test it before he prescribes you shit. I had a spot on my shin, about as big as my palm. Had it for years, first doc also said it was psoriasis, like this dimwitwithout even testing it.
Didn't help much so i stopped treating it for years and it just stayed there. Wasn't as bad as yours so it didnt bother me, besides itching sometimes.

Went to a new doc, he scrubbed off some flakes and lab said it was a fungus. Now in treatment again since 3 monts, you can barely see it and it doesn't itch. This time i'll go thru with the treatment til the end.

Could be eczema or fungal infection. If you’ve never had these symptoms before it’s probably fungal. I have dishydrotic eczema and it’s a constantly recurring condition. And the rash is never that bad. Either way go see your friendly neighborhood dermatologist.
