If you really need something you can talk to your doc about it and get some low dose spironolactone or finasteride, but keep in mind this can cause increased weight, bone density decrease, and growth of breast tissue. In higher doses it's literally hormone therapy for trans people. It'll lower your sex drive tho.

Hate to tell you friendo but it isn't going to get better. Kids, finances, jobs, etc... will all add to the decrease in sexual activity so you have to address it now.
Find out what she needs in the relationship and deliver that on a consistent basis. And after doing that, explain what you need in the relationship. And it's not "sex". It's a "fulfilling, intimate sexual relationship" with her. Explain to her that you promised monogamy but not celibacy.
Give her an opportunity to understand your side of it. If she doesn't, you have three options: live with it, leave her or cheat.
