This looks like some very small burns, I get them on various parts of my body when I get some reaction from a new soap or anything fucked up that my skin won't tolerate.... it could be an alergie to something you eat or the way you wipe with a bleached paper towel...

It's a strawberry aka herpes. Just swallow a couple L-Lysine amino acid pills. It should clear it up. If not keep swallowing pills every hour and half till they go away. Drink lots of water too.
