Guys i have this African American co-worker, he is the manager of an engineering team. He is smart as fuck and a great guy to work with. His wife is also smart as hell, she is manager in a local hospital. Both black and smart, they have 3 kids who grew up in a nice neighborhood. We live and work in a crimeless area. There are no street gangs around. Their parents are semi rich. They go to a respected school yet their kids all got arrested for stealing, using or dealing drugs, they skip classes and get low grades at school. Why aren't they smart (or at least average) and successful like their parents? It can't be the parent, it can't be the environment. Why the fuck is this happening?

One situation where you can feel slightly sorry for black situation and is partly ((whitey's)) fault. Children are generally stupid creatures who, for all their pretense of rebellion, value social confirmation above all else. Rich white area most of the kids, thanks to clueless lib parents, are caught up in the "black thug mystique"" of their rap music and social media, never having encountered black thugs in real life. Suddenly there are some black kids. If they act normal (white) they will be accused of not being "authentic" by the white kids who never actually interacted with blacks and generally be ignored. If they fulfill the "act like a nigger" expectation they will be the most popular kids in school and have white pussy thrown at them by brainwashed girls wanting the "BBC experience" Which route do you think a teen is going to choose? Unfortunately, instead of nipping their kids behavior the parents exasperate it. Having behaved normal (white) they never really experienced actual racism. And since the attitude of most parents, especially rich ones, is that their kids can do no wrong, these problems with their kids must be due to that racism they always heard about and not because their kids are acting like niggers. And since their parents come to their defense behavior worsens.
