I'm using paint tool sai.
Alot of the fixing is just using textured brushes, cropping out a piece of nearby skin using lasso and placing over, blending, layering and merging then more blending, etc.. might even touch up the values (shade and luminosity).

one tip is to never smudge over the entire ''patch'' and instead to work at it from all sides using the most fitting ''color'' by utilizing the color picker tool.
