Ask friends or family members you know that smoke. If that doesn't work go to your local liquor store odds are someone there is selling weed or knows someone. Be careful tho , if you're white and they are black you will get ripped off. You'll either pay double or get half of what you pay for. Don't give them the money until you see your stuff.

Legit just ask someone, either someone who is smoking rollies or someone actually smoking weed. If they dont sell they sure will know someone who does, do this a couple times and then you have a few to go at. Build a rapport with the guy who sells the best stuff.

Just ask someone. It’s not that hard. Stoners are loud and talk about it freely, eavesdrop and ask the person who talked about smoking. It’s what I did, and the guy sold to me.

Seconding this.I drive up there from ct every 3-4 months to grab some, its a pleasant hour drive up rt7. You pay taxes out the ass, but its decent shit and you dont deal with nigs.

Most of the electric draw is for heating if you dont properly insulate your grow op, kessil makes some good led lights, but the lumens per watt are pretty much on par with a shitty 400w metal halide. I think the efficiency gets worse with the 250s, basically if you are only going for one plant and being gentle with it just go led, if you want mass quantities get you a 1kw metal halide and a 1kw HPS to get the spectrum right. In either case (led vs gas discharge) Oloffset the timer so that it puts out light at night and now you dont have to worry about heating.

If you cant afford the electricity to keep your plants alive, then get your shit together, if you are worried about someone actually noticing and questioning the increased power draw then move to somewhere that people aren't so far up your ass or get some solar panels and a grid tie inverter to offset some of the draw.

Outback inverters are pretty nice
