Big reason americans are fat is simply that they get tons of calories as the body is searching for nutrients. Think about how much food 2000 calories is if you are a hunter-gatherer without access to shit like corn syrup. How are you dosing your rhodiola rosea? I've used KSM-66 before, and it gave me good benefits. I'm not sure how to use my rhodiola effectively, though. The benefits feel less noticeable than KSM-66, and it seems to be easier to over or under-dose as a result, too. It feels like such a waste to have a quality adaptogen powder like this, and be unable to use it effectively.
It's up to the consumer to research and adapt, in the end. If you can put loads of iodized salt in trash food and become enamored with it, maybe you can do the same with 'good' food too.

However, I didn't find it effective as an anxiolytic in the slightest, which was disappointing for me.
