It sucks ass to hear, but honestly, this is the answer. Some people enjoy living and some people fucking hate it, but more often than not both are situational. Your perception is your reality; try to view the world as a challenge, or an RPG, and ‘minmax’ that shit to the best of your ability. Pushing and trying to change the aspects in your life is awkward and can feel terrible, but that’s no excuse to stop trying to make progress. You gotta dig out of the hole, even if it means breaking a sweat, and not doing anything is not going to make any change to where you are in the hole.
