Rule 1: you want a cage that closely fits your dick size. Too large and it can actually be painful when you get hard.
Rule 2: closed cages (like OP pic) require you to remove them to clean every few days. I suggest more open designs for longer term chastity.

start with a knock off holy trainer. should be under $15 usd delivered. Most people probably would fit in the holytrainer v3 small model.
Metal open models are better if you actually want to wear them more than a week without taking them off as they as easier to clean with them on.
don't get a silicone floppy model they are shit and you'll push out of it.
