My 3 biggest problems with Bernie is that his platform is pretty much based on more handout programs, his plans to pay for these handout programs are not well thought out, and he is not a strong personality. When a couple screeching black women can basically shove you aside from your own podium you do not have the moxy to be president. Its true student loans are burying people but just declaring free college or declaring you don't have to pay loans is not the answer. Better answer is to cap student loan interest so that loan can't accrue beyond a certain percentage of the original loan ie if you borrowed $2000 most you will have to pay back is $2500. This can be garnished from your wages if you have a living income and you do have to pay it back. But it doesn't put people in situations where they end up owing $14000 on a $2000 loan because they couldn't make payments.
