How do you eat and train?

I’ve been the above routine recently, u gotta increase the weight each session, eating 3500 cals a day (loada milk)

3500 sounds a bit overboard

I’m 6 foot, and have a fast metabolism

How much time between each picture?

2 years, but I didn’t know what the fuck I was doing for 90% of that

Same here. Basically wasted 2 years in the gym. Only started seeing results this year when I got on a lifting regiment and started lean bulking. I just got off a cut because my bf% was pretty high but im back on my lean bulk and trying to get my strength back.

You're doing 5x5's? That's for strength training. If you want to seriously transform your body, you need to add volume and do hypertrophy training. Pyramids are amazing for both strength and size. But 5x5 not so good for size. Good program, but you gotta switch it up every few weeks and go through phases of building muscle mass then strengthening muscle mass then building muscle mass then strengthening muscle mass.

also do pull-ups, your upper body will explode, trust me. Do like 5 sets 3x a week, you will not regret

The fast metabolism meme never ceases to die

Went from this

>lean bulk

Nice bro science, bro. If you're increasing your calories, you just need to workout harder to burn the fat off. High reps really helps, I personally do high volume bodyweight training 3-5x a week depending on my current weight lifting routine. Getting blood flow to the same muscles multiple times a week is crucial if you're not on steroids, in my opinon.
