don't smoke anymore, but the american spirit perique blend (black pack) was always my go to. i would just rip the filter off. they have a very distinct flavor, like the depth of a good rum and the sweetness of raisins. very earthy without tasting dirty or moldy.

I've tried Marlboro red, gold, black then went to Newport non-menthol and have settled into regularly smoking camel filtered cigarettes. Marlboro golds are pretty okay in my mind, but still prefer Turkish/domestic blend.

I started smoking on a pipe and enjoyed aromatics and this delicious Balkan blend a local smoke shop mixed. The reason I like camels is more for the smell compared to other cigarette brands.

Pro tip: Don't buy cigarettes from a place don't sell many. There is a chance you are going to get sold some old stale shit. Especially if what you get is a less popular cigarette. I bought a pack of American Spirits from a Chevron gas station (I can't remember the name of the store) And they were old and harsh af to smoke.

There is no "package". I buy plastic cases to carry them in after I stuff, cut, and pack them. It's "pipe tobacco", so it is taxed as such.

It's basically cigarette tobacco, they label and market it as pipe tobacco to bypass the insanely high taxes. Every so often you'll have to trim up the long strips, but the powermatic 3 stuffs everything just fine as long as it's not shake or like you said, overly damp. You just leave it in an uncovered jar for a while until it dries out. Camels are $80 a carton here, so it's worth the effort for me as I'm about a pack and a quarter a day smoker.

As gay as it sounds, vaping is infinitely better than inhaling combusted tobbaco fumes. The way things are smoking is simply no longer possible for me.
I've been smoking for more than 10 years since 15 and the price of ciggies recently went up again, my brand, Natty spirits blue became €14 (around 16usd)with most shops not even stocking them. And the packaging was changed to ugly brown.
As much as I hate fidling with vape juice, burning out coils from chain vaping, charging the mod and miss the full flavour of ciggies I can never go back.
Each week after quitting I just had all this money left over and bought a couple citizen watches, a Nintendo switch and a bunch of games.

Have you tried the other flavours of the range? We only have yellows and blues here. Really interested in the reds and blacks. I enjoyed the Marlboro and L&M reds before getting on the natty blues.
Also, what are the filters like where you're from? The filters on both varieties of Natty Spirits are real tough and hard to get a drag on.

The blacks are filled with Perique tobacco, which is rare and only grows in a small portion of Louisiana swamps.

What are davidoff and dunhills like compared to marlboro reds? They're marketed as primo cigs but do they live up to the hype?
