Men vs woman debate.
Hi niggers and fags. I find the sexe paygap an interesting subject and my opinion keeps peddling back and forward between what i find a fair pay. Today i looked up the swimming 100 meter finish times of men and woman and i found that the fastest (Olympics) females finish times are usually slower than the slowest (25th place) Olympic men times. Digging a bit deeper learned my that the fastest Olympic woman times are slightly faster the fastest junior boys times (under 15). Females are in every class over 5 seconds slower than the men. Now, justifies that the pay gap between Olympic men and women or does it not? If so, why?

No I wouldn't say that justifies it or is in any way relevant. Athletes are entertainers. Entertainers' income is directly related to how many fans they have and how much money those fans are willing to spend. the reason female athletes don't make as much money as male ones do is that female sports just aren't as popular as male sports.

The pay gap in sports is certainly fair because men compete at the highest level. It makes it more interesting to watch so sponsors will pay more money. Simple economics.
The pay gap is not fair when a woman does the exact same work at the exact same level as her male coworker. But let's be honest, this is rarely the case.
