I am absolutely livid

I am absolutely livid.

You may remember me from posting before about skin-tag removal...

Well, I purchased a cosmetic item off TopHatter assuming it would've done what it was advertised to do and instead it scalded and burnt my body permanently.

Would it be worth it to sue them?

If you are a struggling minority then yes, go for it and make sure the media gets involved. Otherwise, no, your lawyer is only going to get you enough to cover his bill, if that.

I've already written a very angry review and a very angry and concise letter to their Customer Support, there is no call-center as far as I know.

Yea Forumsrothers please help me out.

I need closure and to make sure other men do not fall trap to this.

I shit you not, within seconds of applying it--
I felt an excruciating, horrific pain that felt like hydrofluoric or sulfuric acid being dripped on me.

Did it get rid of the skin tag though?

No. I have a feeling what they sold me was legitimately acid.

I've looked up the symptoms of Hydrofluoric burn and I suffered all 6 of them.

There is no fucking way I'm gonna let this slide.
I will make sure that company ceases to exist and I get a decent settlement from this.

put it on your balls next time

1. I just looked up tophatter and you are female african level retarded.
2. Go to the doctor you fucking moron and bring the snake oil cream with you.
3. I hope you learned your lesson, but I have my doubts.

Are you blind? It was on my groin!

I figured TopHatter was like DealDash or Wish, they (almost) sell the same merchandise.
