Not sure how you managed to not shit for days but after you shit, wash your ass with soap, disinfect the hemorrhoid with rubbing alcohol and apply neosporin to it. You have to put some sort of cloth bandage in there or idk to stop the bleeding and let the neosporin do its job.

Lay on ur stomach for 24 hours, don’t sit on it, will be enough to create some scartissue around it and then rub it in with some gel to calm it down
