Well instead of exaggerating and misconstruing your points to try and make them look dumb let me give you a very real scenario. I live in a very very poor part of town. Several times while going grocery shopping there have been people outside of the store selling their food stamps. You know what the going rate is? Half. They will take 50 dollars for 100 in food stamps. Are these people being educated? How would we not be better off just giving them money instead of wasting half of their benefits?
