I have beaten Delirium a number of times. Delirium is not a battle I take on a whim unless I've got nothing to lose. Usually I go for the insanity when I feel fairly comfortable with my items. I already know I have a good strategy in how I fight him. In short: You must move as fast as him and have reflexes even faster keeping aware of what is happening at all times.

I think it's fun to mess around with the "your choices matter" games to see just how much they matter. In this case, they matter enough to eliminate 1/3 of the story entirely.
It certainly was interesting to go from destroying public property and executing police to insisting that we have a peaceful protest.

I am kind of like that too. I know this much: Some games seems to push too much of an agenda when in "choices matter" format. Undertale is a good example of this. They intentionally left the pure peaceful ending feel "Fulfilled" and perfect. The peaceful ending is also the easiest to get. Honestly, even the neutral ending felt like a more intense battle. The genocide path almost outright punishes the player... or challenges us.. with a playthrough that may add many many many more hours to complete then any other route.

oh, yeah i kinda figured itd be something like that. well, quick reactions are the name of the game, more or less. pattern recognition will only really get you through the bosses, the regular mobs are chaotic enough (in enough numbers) that you develop that kind of skill as you play

This is what I really hope for in a game. No increase of difficulty unless you turn it up in options. This way you could have a legendary difficulty on peaceful or easy as a genocidal maniac. Until Dawn is the best game I can think of that has great endings regardless the path you go. I wish more games would take that approach.

I used to play TF2, the Engineer was my favorite to play as. I am more of a strat then just pure aim person. I remember having fun as the offensive engineer using the quickbuild thing... what was it.. the equip that thing that gave you super fast building sentries that do not upgrade, I used to use that for offense/ pushing with well guarded spots to heal up on the dispensers.
