I have degenerative disc disease and I'm dealing with two disc bulges in my lower back. Both are pressed against a nerve. Before I didn't care, I maintained a consent weight, but then I started feeling awful about myself. And hating my body. So i started working out and eating better. Then i wake up and now after 7 months struggling with the doctors and insurance company i am getting the surgery i need.
