Pretty much. Out of all the people I've known with diagnosed mental disorders, there is a huge difference between things like Down Syndrome and ADHD. I don't believe ADHD is an actual mental disorder. But can be attributed to kids not being raised right. I know someone who was diagnosed as a kid, but seems to have grown out of it, without medication.
However I still believe there are real mental disorders, that are uncureable in any way, like Down Syndrome.

In America, there's poverty everywhere. It just doesn't look like it because they don't allow shanty towns. my father can't work because he's crippled, and he can't get disability compensation. My mother has to do all the working and she gets something like 15 dollars an hour, our house is owned by my relative who's generous enough to let us stay there without paying rent. and we still can't really get by.
