Bolt cutters or get a lock pick set. They're cheap and a padlock like that would open with such minimal effort it's not even funny.

a paperclip straightened out a little will pick it if you just wiggle it around. bolt cutters, or an angle grinder. a mallet,sledge,crowbar -heavy blunt object.welder-plasma cutter. dremal. a can of air duster upside down with a hammer. the list goes on
