thank you for your kind words but im beginning to think it is inevitable the surgeon told me last time it happend that it would not be the last time because my intestinal tract is scarred up due to repeated inflammation at multiple points it will just burst open again he said.
i kind of drowned that out and ignored it but now it seems like im at that point again.
you see, about 6 months ago in the middle of the night i had an intestinal breakdown, called an ambulance and they rushed me in for emergency surgery.
it was not nice, i couldn't move and laughing hurt like hell since they cut open my whole stomach with all the muscle tissue and stuff was not nice have a huge scar from it
in all seriousness, im scared this will happen again i get this weird feeling it will
the fact i survived my intestine burst open last time was really lucky im nor sure ill manage a second time
it really helps writing all this down

it was about 6 months ago i remember during the first weeks i had to take high dose of cortisone daily + anti-inflammatory pills + some other to reduce gastric acid production and also i remember these stupidly large antibiotics pills.. they were the worst.. man i was downing about 8 pills per day was rough but i got used to that.
the past months were really good i had no complains whatsoever.
we seemed to struck gold with a therapy where i inject myself with pic related every two weeks.
you know the first time i did it it was super scary but after like the 3th time you get used to running a needle into your stomach its just weird doing it yourself...
but it looks like it wasnt doing much after all so today we decided i inject every week now and see if that fixes it.
but ya am kinda scared it's gonna happen again me in the middle of the night with a burst intestinal tract
aaaand i live alone, all alone in this house of mine. But ill pull through i don't need no one in fact i like being alone

and i can always call an ambulance.. i managed last time so no big deal

you know i've got this incurable illness so it's not easy finding something that works since we need to literally try things and see how it turns out there is no hope of it getting cured so far but i always hope we will soon advance in our medical understanding to a point at which we find a cure for it
