Alright guys. I just had a fuckiing mental breakdown over discord because of my lack of sleep due to encounters with "the meatman" meatman has been appearing in my dreams for the last 2-3 weeks now. His skin is inverted so you can see his veins and he has awful yellow stained teeth. His eyes are alays wide open and he never blinks. He looks like pic related except hes all red. I want to get better ans my friends (or atleast the ones i have left) want me to go to a hospital due to my frequent mental episodes. I really REALLY dont want to go to a hospital because last time i was in one it was literally a prison where people would gang up on eachother. What can i do to confront meatman and get him to stop bothering me.

Well that sucks.
I suffer from sleep disorders of all fucking kinds. Mostly some weird form of sleep paralysis where I'm not even sure my eyes are open, but I can see things happening in my room. Theres always some shapeless evil figure in the room with me. Used to scare the shit out of me to the point where I didnt want to sleep.
After it happening enough I started getting pissed off. Essentially I'd just rage out and think to myself "I'm going to beat the ever loving shit out of this thing". It helped. Doesnt happen as often. When it does I immediately go into rage mode and telepathically let it know I'm going to fuck its shit up.
So if you can become lucid, go fuck his shit up.
