We teach other people how to treat us, user. Maybe your're just unlucky that pretty much every girl you've dated has been like this, or maybe without meaning to, you're teaching them that there are no consequences for ignoring you/your wants/your needs.
Maybe you don't outwardly get as upset as you inwardly feel. Maybe you feel like each individual incident is too small to make a fuss over, and so your irritation builds and builds until you lash out which seems way out of proportion to the incident, and so YOU end up apologizing, and then the cycle starts again.
