Real pilot here, flying bmi for a couple years now.

Rookie pilots are likely to never be hired. Flight schools are mostly filled with middle class kids who aren't stupid but fucked around in school and can't go to uni because of it. A majority fail because being a pilot requires a decent level of engineering knowledge that most hopefuls just dont have. Planes are becoming more and more automated so the demand for pilots is decreasing as they're able to work longer hours for less pay.

As for banging stewardeses, you'll get sacked on the spot if they tell anyone, worse if they say you raped them. The looser ones know this and some have several pilots blackmailed for money. Like child support without the child.
