I'm pretty sure this has to do with the algorithm. The term "white woman" usually comes up whenever there are different races, such as "a black man and a white woman". If both the people were white (or black) there wouldn't be a point in specifying the race, and as such there are simply more hits for interracial stuff when your search includes one race.
actually DuckDuckGo is just as bad for this specific search. DuckDuckGo is better in general, though.
