Relax d00d and drink some water. Technically you have food poisoning. That's how these work. If you seriously poisoned yourself you're probably be vomiting or trying to. You're probably just accentuating your legitimate concerns via the effect of the shroom's though - the more you know the more there is to worry about!. You got this though. You know you do but you're letting you're worries get out of hand right now. It could be a good sign you produced some great shrooms actually. But it could merely be not enough water in your belly right now, I had a friend who had that problem every time.
Some people just cannot adapt to what's happening because the food poisoning triggers an involuntary negative reaction from your body itself. Instinctual behaviors of avoidance to contaminated food/areas seems to be stronger with these people and some can never get accommodated to it. Two different mushroom dealers told me they that couldn't take them anymore after they started growing them so maybe if this persists you need to reduce your exposure of the fungi or find a better place to grow them.
But don't worry about that now. Be chill, you got this. It's time to think of the things you like now. Maybe you need some positive stimulation like your favorite widget to play with for a moment. Your fine dude. Can't grow them wrong. Fire up the TV and watch an old movie or animal planet or something and enjoy it.
