Foreskin makes it harder. You can try pulling it back when you put on a condom but depending on your anatomy that might not help or work.
You can also try female condoms. They're like a bag that fits inside the vagina, with a sort of ring on the outside. They will allow your foreskin to move more naturally. They are a pain though and your partner will need to learn how to insert them properly. I'd try it though.
