Hey Yea Forums I have made a decent amount of money helping some girls I know irl selling panties and other shit online. I've become pretty good at the whole marketing side of it. For some girls I manage their account and talk to the dudes for them too. Even have one girl I pay just to talk to dudes who doesn't send pics or wear the panties.
Anyways, I have a decent bit of money saved up and I have been interested in getting into real estate. A few of the girls are looking to move out, two of whom have small streams and two of whom are talking about trying to start streaming. I am starting to think it may be a good time for me to start a bit of a cam girl incubator of sorts.
My concern is in the fact that I have no real moat here. The basic idea is that these girls won't have to pay rent and I would probably organize some things like scheduling work outs, meals, ect. To begin with, this will help these girls a lot obviously however as they build up more of a self brand I think I will cease to be of value to them.
So does anyone have an idea of how to continue profiting after they have "matured" past needing to be incubated. Like is some sort of contract giving me the right to their accounts and what they post on them the right way to go? Is a contract in which they have to continue living in the house for some time period the way to go perhaps with some safety built in for me not to get screwed over? Is there a way I can continue to be more valuable to them as they gain more of a following?
Dude you force them to bring in more girls. You make them drive the churn and you take a 10% cut off everybody for x years regardless of if they stay or go.

Assuming this is true. It sounds like you're looking for something similar to a "non-compete" agreement which I dont think exists for this situation.
Best advise I could give is entice them with rent free living. Most places it's over a grand a month to rent something decent. Just remind them working and living under your "umbrella" put $12000 a year back in their pocket.

Give them good bonuses for signing on other girls and make them feel like they're part of the team and you're making money together. Make them do favors for you.
