soaps and insecticides help control but in my experience, once you have them it is a constant battle and you have to continue to reapply. Personally I am not so keen on smoking bud that has been treated with chemicals. predator mites work well but they are expensive.

Same I havent had an infestation since my first grow years ago but if it wasnt for mosquito dunks i wouldve lost the entire grow to fungus gnats.
