280 lbs yes I'm fat, however, I'm on a liquid diet. Carnation instant breakfast to replace every meal. I donated all my food to the local food pantry. Went to Walmart bought some milk and Carnation instant breakfast, chia seeds, fruit, peanut butter, and a magic bullet. I'm going to only consume this for a month or two until I'm at a healthy weight.
Why?
My wife asked for a divorce but said she'd stay if I stopped being a tub of lard. She's right to do this. I need to get healthy.

Go to the doctor. You might have medical condition. You might be able to lose weight by an extreme diet in the short term but you won't be able to keep it off.
I lost 40 lbs once I switched to a gluten free diet. No effort at all.
Crash dieters regain the weight very very quickly 99% of the time. I've been through it a few times, lost 60-90lbs in a couple months, of original 280lbs or so, back nearly as fast once I stopped starving myself

its bullshit. You are wearing down your body for no purpose at all. It increases your metabolism and thus food requirements and high cal diet have been shown to decrease lifespan of all organisms, possibly due to increase in growth factors such as igf1.
The best way to prolong your life is to not put shit into your body, minimizing harm from food, hence whole food plant based diet being optimal. And ot straining yourself through physical and mental activity so avoiding anything that can cause anxiety and avoiding exercise. Walking is more than enough.
