His name is Rai.
I had his arc mapped out like this:

It was gonna be like a flat character arc, where he is a nomadic farmer that aspires to be like a royal warrior for the empire he lives in (for status and money).He becomes a warrior and is respected among his crew. Rai meets the princess to the kingdom and he tries to flex his status, which doesn't work. Emperor gets killed by his evil subordinate, Subordinate kidnaps princess to use as a sacrifice for ultimate power. Rai goes to save the princess n shit.

Pirate Man: Working Name Sondo-Draan, Coming up with another.

Basically he's a pirate who stole a spelbook and learned how to use it. He's like super evil so the plot is basically him putting the smackdown on "so-called heroes" while he pillages to his heart's content.

There was a sub arc i had in mind where he turned into a good guy just because he was bored of being so evil all the time. But because of the reputation that he builds up its super hard.

Tadashi:Ghostblade Samurai

Tadashi Was once a respected swordsman in his homeland. He came into contact with the Ghostblade. The Ghostblade became bound to Tadashi's Soul. If Tadashi went too far from the sword, he would die. The story plays around with the paranoia of him losing the sword, so it's supposed to be a gloomier arc.
Eventually, Tadashi's mind gives in and he becomes a husk of what he once was. He openly fought anything so that he could be killed, but the Ghostblade possesses him whenever he is in a fight, which makes it difficult.

I was thinking of adding an Arc where he trains a student to kill him or something like that, but i never went anywhere with it.
