idk any should work. it'll kill bacteria. i had severe tooth infection and i could feelt the warm salt water in my jaw area felt intense. after a few warm salt water rinses I had fever for 1day. i think body was trying to fight off infection.

Yeah, I have the same thing. I also brush my teeth twice a day, and floss from time to time. The thing that helped the most, was cutting out sugars from my diet. The second thing that helped was chewing raw garlic (anti-microbial properties). I also started eating a bit of frozen strawberries everyday, because one cup gives you 100% of your daily Vitamin C needs, and they are low in sugar. The reason I started eating them, was because I haven't eaten Vitamin C foods for months, and a Vitamin C deficiency leads to the first symptoms of scurvy--gum disease.
So, just cut out simple sugars from your diet, as they feed the bad bacteria in your mouth (and damage your teeth + get inside of your gums).
Chew raw garlic, but you can do that every now and then.
Make sure you get at least a little bit of Vitamin C.

ok but is there a way to reverse gingevitus though, i dont want to go back to the dentist, as last time my jaw started clicking and got bad ear ache from being so stressed while they steel brushed the fuck out of my teeth, was so tense my jaw started clicking again after getting knocked out a few times

Yes, you can reverse it. The problem occurs when you let it go for too long, and the bacteria damages your gums to such an extent that your teeth start falling. As the other guy said, you can also floss with salt, but I wouldn't do that too often. It will burn your mouth, kill the healthy bacteria, and inhibit your mouth's sensitivity to produce enzymes for chewing (which might mess up your digestion's efficiency).
Just cut the simple sugars from your diet, eat that garlic from time to time, and make sure you have enough Vitamin C in your diet. You'll see results in a day or two, when the bacteria causing the inflammation in your gums gets reduced.
