"Exit polling" means asking people as they come out of the polling places who they voted for. Respondents HAVE voted. Not the same thing as a pre-election poll at all. Which is why its a useful tool for detecting election fraud. He has some algorithm he developed that takes certain things into account. He predicted Trump would win very early on, so whomever he predicts will win should be taken seriously.
