You don't ever have to directly say you want someone killed. You simply voice your concerns and this high-player lawyer reaches out to people he knows.
A high class law firm would never risk having such shady assets inhouse, so they contract out to shady shops.
Lawfirms are good cover operations for such things since you can transfer alot of money and there isn't anything produced. So you can always claim that the money went for 'looking at documents' or PI hours.
