OP don't pop it. It's a sty and I've had them before. Your eyelids have pores just like other parts of your body. Run a rag or cloth under hot water, squeeze the water out, fold the rag into a rectangle and place over your eyes (with your eyes closed) for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Up to you how often you want to do it, but I just did it at night time so I could just relax. It'll go away on its own after a couple of days of doing this.
