Former C/O here. Did 2 years. Place is a shit show brother, way to many fuck boi's and women being hired as C/O's it was a fucking joke.
They are hurting so bad for staff it's not even funny.
it's true there are alot of shitty one's (A few decent officers) but you have to be that way man, you have to keep a wall of authority up.
What you consider fair on the outside does not relate to someone doing life, hell even 5+ years.
It's a weird place, but surprisingly honest if you cut through the bullshit and all the games that just have to play out for survival in there.
