Thoughts on "88 minutes", by Jon Avnet?
I found it captivating. I use to check my phone from time to time while watching a movie, but I didn't feel the urge to do so while watching this one. It also gives me an "early-00s" vibe which I enjoy. All those flip-phones, the clothing... it gives me a nostalgia attack.

Inherent Vice is adapted from a Thomas Pynchon novel, so it's about a bunch of random shit happening that may or may not be part of a conspiracy theory. Also weed. Personally I'd read the book first, it's better.
