I call one person a psychopath, and that person has very explicitly said he is one and also has given me corroborating information and acted in a manner consistent with such an assumption.
There's a list of traits typical to psychopaths you can google if you're curious what criteria i'm using.
As for the last part of your last question, as a rule i generally don't try to prove a negative like that. There is no satisfactory answer if you're starting from the point of assuming it's true.

Eh. If you're interacting with them an a more personal level, there's things to watch for.
If they're trying to manipulate you, especially if it's just on trivial things, that's a warning.
If they don't seem to follow an emotional trail, so to speak, bouncing around erratically based on what nets them the best result, there's another.
If they start asking for details about you that could be used to identify or otherwise blackmail you, never give those out, but it's also a warning.
Weird amount of aggression towards things is another one.
If they seem to just be telling you what you want to hear, that one's a big red flag. Honest people don't generally do that.
Any one of those aren't just instant game over, but if a lot of them come up, and repeatedly so... Well, you're starting to get a profile. Probably not a psychopath, that's a very specific disorder, but antisocial behavior is worth avoiding anyways.

Psychopathy isn't a genetic disorder, as far as i know. It's closer to a birth defect. Sociopathy, which is quite similar, has nothing to do with any of that, and is typically the result of childhood trauma.

Thaaaat's not correct. Psychopathy is a very specific disorder associated a style of brain malformation. The theory as i understand is a malformation of the amygdala, and even more specifically, a part of that called the uncinate fasciculus.
Sociopaths don't necessarily have the same problem, and present different symptoms.
As for the actual question, there's no real answer to that, as it seems to vary from person to person. No real way to quantify trauma anyways.
Generally lots of neglect and/or abuse.
