pick up some drawing books, anatomy books, and analize pictures that you consider well drawn. Also use a lot of reference (from photos even better) to draw things. Focus on different aspects of drawing instead of "I'm gonna draw something cool today!". E.g. make a sheet of hands, another of feet, another of trees, etc etc.
Reward your hard earned practice with then drawing something cool, and if it's a piece where you actually put what you learned to use, you can count it as a victory.
And always keep your eyes on the prize.
