Soy is a constant thing in our food perservitives from the top down. You literally will find it in alot of processed foods. Reccomend going on /fit/ to work what soy does to you out and get some more test to counteract the bullshit it does mate.

I bought Soylent. I'll describe it to the best of my ability -- as I've only used it 3x. I purchased the chocolate flavored powder. It has minor taste -- very little. The recommended dosage is like half of a meal of carbs (28~30 carbs). Even if you drink 28~30 carbs worth of Soylent, you will feel hungry 30 minutes later. It doesn't feel like a meal, doesn't taste like a meal, and it doesn't have a terrible side effect. I believe you would already have to be sustaining off minimal meals to have a good time on Soylent.
