i guess the real point is,ive always avoided the regular captain morgan because i thought it was weak and shitty.but the past couple of weeks,i dont know.on one hand,i seem to bringe drink more when i drink this crap,but at least i feel better then off one shot of weak shitty rum

I doubt you're drinking that much if it's lasted you for 2 weeks. I can usually finish off 1.75L in 3-4 days by myself, and I have a pretty high tolerance. If it were low it would easily last a week or so.

Take it from an ex heavy drinker it's not worth it, I was 23 when I was told I had liver damage and if I didn't stop drinking heavy I would be dead by 25.

I still drink but I only buy a 4 pack of captain morgans spiked rum and drink just that, I took 1 year off to heal my liver and I felt so much better.

Also it's nice not waking up feeling like death and my stomach killing me.

I Have only been drinking beer and wine socially for the past 6 months and don't allow myself to drink to the point of being drunk anymore, the mental and physical health effects got to be too much and I knew the more I let it slip the harder it would be to cut back, so after 8 years of drinking to that degree I had had enough. I do IT consulting for businesses and also own a repair shop that I have operated by a manager I employ.

I drank for the opposite reason, I'm emotionally numb and cold when I'm sober and drinking allows me to be more expressive and feel more emotional, I just enjoyed everything so much more when I drank, but long term it was crippling me so I make do with the compromise.

one of the reasons I limit myself to 1.75 liters is because I have restraint. If I buy the Morgans with the higher abv I can cut down the volume of my consumption and get healthy again
