The method I used was soft and hard. Let me elaborate. So when you practice pulling your foreskin back, like me, you tend to get hard while doing it. It may seem like a nuisance, but it is actually helpful. Pull back, soft, get hard. KEEP THE RETRACTING POSITION (keep ur fingers the same pulled back). and then calm down and let it get soft again by itself maintaining the same position.
