Like little creatures with giant eyes, probably not. But I wouldn't be that surprised there were aliens four limbs and had comparable DNA bases to those on Earth, given that DNA building blocks have been found on asteroids and such (see: panspermia).

Panspermia is the hypothesis that the building blocks for DNA are found consistently across the universe on asteroids and shit. Nothing about aliens secretly running the universe or anything like that. I wouldn't be surprised if there were human-level intelligences elsewhere in the universe.
