I gotcha, first close lid vent all the way, open bottom 1/8".
start charcoal, wait till most individual coal is 50% grey.
Don't thaw the patties if you can help it.
Throw them on as many as you can handle (if you fill that 22", it's gonna make a hellof a fire from the grease when you take off the lid)
Put on lid, count to 60... Flip as quick as safely possible and season with a bit of your favorite seasoning, put lid back each time... As soon as juice runs clear your done
